Directions to Playa Azul

It’s a 5-mile-long natural, graded winding unpaved road. This is the final stretch of road leading to the resort. Gives you a great opportunity to view the beauty of the Sonoran Desert landscape while the excitement and anticipation of your vacation grows!

• Approaching the town from Sonoyta, exit before the overpass bridge and go under it around the loop to take Highway 3 East. 
• Go East about 9.5 miles.
• After the railroad tracks continue straight for about 2 more miles.
• When you see the Playa Azul signs, turn right and follow the Playa Azul Resort signs for about 3.43 miles. 
• Turn Left and drive for 1 mile. 
• Turn right towards Playa Azul Resort, his part of the road goes for about 1.0 miles.
• Then take a left turn for about 120 yards. Then go right to get into the parking area. 
• Parking is located on the upper level of the parking garage. Please enter straight into the building for check-in
